The Texas Dodge Dealers 'Drive to the Dome' contest for a 2008 Dodge invites fans to register to win at designated locations across Texas in advance of the UIL 5A Football Finals at the Alamodome in San Antonio on December 22. Fans not able to register through a Dodge dealership in Texas or at a state playoff game may also enter the contest through this web site.

How To Enter

1. The sponsor(s) will designate UIL playoff locations in advance of the UIL 5A Football Finals at the Alamodome in San Antonio on December 22, to complete entry forms. Dodge vehicles will be placed on display at high school football venues, so that game patrons may participate in the contest.

2. Entries may also be submitted by mail. The attachment must be completed in PRINT and postmarked to the following address no later than Wednesday, December 12: ‘Drive to the Dome Contest,’ 8401 N. Central Expressway, Suite 300, Dallas, TX 75225. Patrons are limited to one (1) entry per household. Faxes will not be accepted.

3. Designated locations to enter the contest will be promoted by FSN-Southwest in conjunction with its weekly High School Spotlight Scoreboard show.

4. Prior to December 22, Sponsor will select the eight finalists by a random drawing from all eligible entries. If Sponsor is unable to speak directly to a finalist within twelve (12) hours from initial attempted notification, Sponsor in its sole discretion may disqualify that finalist and select an alternate finalist by another random drawing from all eligible entries. Sponsor will not be responsible for the inability to contact finalists because of equipment failure, or telecommunications failure, or the entry contained inaccurate or unreadable information.

5. Sponsor may verify a winner's (1) name, (2) address, (3) telephone number and (4) age and has the right to request a valid driver's license or other government issued valid picture ID showing name and address prior to contest.

6. Sponsor may require finalists to sign other legal documents, including tax forms and a release supplied by Sponsor, which, among other disclaimers, releases Sponsor and its range of subsidiaries, directors, agents, agencies, affiliates, franchisees, promoters, officers, directors, employees and related persons from any and all liability related to contest. By participating in Contest, Participant agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold the Related Parties, harmless from any and all losses, damages, injuries, rights, claims and actions, of any kind, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with the Contest, or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prizes, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. Entrant hereby waives all rights to bring a class action suit or to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
