The Texas Dodge Dealers 'Drive to the Dome' contest for a 2008 Dodge invites fans to register to win at designated locations across Texas in advance of the UIL 5A Football Finals at the Alamodome in San Antonio on December 22. Fans not able to register through a Dodge dealership in Texas or at a state playoff game may also enter the contest through this web site.

Contest Rules

1. No purchase is necessary.

2. Participants must be at least sixteen (16) years old and a legal resident of Texas at the time of entry to participate. Successful participants under eighteen (18) years of age must have legal adult guardian eighteen or older accept prize on their behalf.

3. This Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules.

4. Only one (1) entry per household.

5. Contest begins in November of 2007 and ends on December 22, 2007.

6. The geographic scope of this promotion is the state of Texas. The Sponsors of this Contest are the Texas Dodge Dealers; Youth Sports Marketing; TITUS Sports Marketing, a Walraven Company; FSN-Southwest; and all affiliated subsidiaries. Employees of the aforementioned companies and the immediate families of the employees of any of these companies are not eligible.

The University Interscholastic League (UIL) is not an official or unofficial sponsor of this contest and in no manner accountable or liable for any aspect of its planning or execution. Participants who enter agree to not hold the UIL liable for any aspect of this contest including its fulfillment and any consequences of participation.

7. Odds of being selected to participate to win the Grand Prize will be based on the actual number of eligible entries.

8. Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for all title, license, freight and registration fees, as well as any applicable dealer prep, emissions inspection and additional equipment, as well as all federal, state, and local taxes, insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance and all other fees and expenses associated with the receipt and use of the prize vehicle. The model as well as the exterior color of the 2008 Dodge may be designated by Sponsor if an agreement cannot be reached between both the Sponsor and the Grand Prize winner. All additional options will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner must provide proof of valid automobile liability insurance and a valid driver’s license prior to taking delivery at a local Dodge dealer and must take delivery at a dealership designated by the Sponsor within sixty (60) days of notification. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of this prize, for an alternate prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other prize. No cash equivalent for prize will be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and local taxes on the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize and paying any expenses associated with any prizes which are not specifically provided for in the official rules. Grand Prize winner must provide the Sponsor with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before prize will be awarded. Winner will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.

9. By winning the Grand Prize, a finalist agrees to the Sponsor’s right to publicize their names, photographs (including the use and appearance of winner's photograph on Sponsors' web pages), likenesses, biographical information, voices and details of winning for purposes of this and future promotions without further compensation.

10. Participants in this promotion who provide their names and demographic information may be contacted at the addresses and telephone numbers by Sponsor, for the sole opportunity to solicit the purchase of a vehicle in the portfolio offered by Sponsor.

11. Subject to any required governmental approval, Sponsor reserves the right to, without prior notice and at any time, terminate, cancel or modify the Contest, in whole or in part, if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Rules or if it becomes technically corrupted or due to non-authorized human intervention.
